Is it necessary to have a car on Kauai?It would be difficult to see our beautiful island through public transportation; and most activities do not provide transportation, not having a car will be very limiting.

Where do I pick up the car?Airport pickups are available.

Do you deliver the vehicle?Delivery service may be available to other island locations, for an additional cost. Please request at booking.

DO I have to pay ahead of time?No, we require a valid credit card to secure a reservation, but we do not bill you until the day of your arrival.

What is your cancellation policy?Cancellations made outside of a 7-day prearrival period will not be charged.

Do you offer roadside assistance?We are always on call for any mechanical issues with our cars.

Can I return the gas tank empty?Cars are received with a full tank of gas and must be returned with a full tank of gas, to avoid additional fees.

Do I have to have my own car insurance?Yes, you must have full coverage auto insurance to rent our cars.

Do you charge extra for ages under 25?No.

How old does the driver need to be?21 or older to rent.

Are there additional charges for multiple drivers?No.

We are available through Phone, Text and Email No Prepayment No Booking Fee *Our Cars are not brand new and blend in with the locals on Kauai, which allows you to be less of a target for theft at beaches and hiking trails.

How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
